We’ve seen the high attrition rates in real estate and we believe that there is a fundamental lack of support, growth and recognition of service - notwithstanding glitzy awards for whoever makes the most money.

While this approach has served the industry well over the many decades people have been buying and selling homes, it’s estimated that 80% of new real estate agents leave the business within the first two years. Notwithstanding seasonal employment - the average turnover rates in staff in other career industries lies between 8% and 25%.

We believe that the demanding conditions and high competition drives so much talent away that we’ve resolved to shelter our team from the traditional real estate culture as much as we can.

  • Nope. Our team is structured with junior and senior property agents. For seniors, we would consider 2+ years of recent real estate sales experience, or less with a demonstrable track record of success.

    For our juniors, we hire based on attitude and motivation. If you have spark, charisma and a desire to succeed you are more than qualified to apply.

    Some of our team have had zero real estate or even sales experience before joining us - we have the tools to help you succeed.

  • Yes! For the right person, we can fund your Agents Representative Certification.

  • We currently operate in the Western and Northern suburbs of Melbourne. However, as our team grows we will look to open new regions.

  • We sure do! We only ask the team to be onsite for one meeting a week and that is currently held at our Caroline Springs base of operations.

    For the rest of the time you can be in the office, on the road or working from home. Wherever you do your best work!

  • All of our agents are commission + super only paid on a monthly basis.

    For new agents, we also offer a retainer to help you get started.

  • Our business was named after Main Road West in St Albans, Victoria. This is where our two directors met, as kids, living in commission housing. Anthony was always destined for real estate; he had a passion for sales, negotiating and relationship building with the charisma to match. Ray also began his career in corporate sales, eventually moving into business operations and people leadership looking after hundreds of employees at once.

    Dhania is the third director; with a passion for providing the experience everyone deserves when buying or selling property. Her career has been spent designing more customer-friendly services for a global insurance company which has similar challenges to the real estate industry.

    This combination of skillsets means we know how to get the best results, build the best team and provide better experiences overall.
