Step 1. Choose how you’d like your home evaluated…

  • We offer a curbside valuation where you can find out the approximate valuation of your home without talking to an agent directly.

    "Curbside" Valuation

    If you want to know a rough guide of what your home could be worth without involving an agent directly we can conduct an offline curbside valuation where we look at the available data and combine our expert knowledge to provide a best educated appraisal on your home.

  • Digital Walk-Through

    We can either set up a time to video chat through any chosen platform and you can give us a virtal tour of the home, or you can answer a questionnaire about your home - just things like any upgrades or renovations that may change the value - and we can provide a better idea of what you might achieve in today’s market.

  • Coffee Date

    Armed with a beverage of your choice we can arrange a time to visit you in your home for a comprehensive assessment of your property. This is the best way to get a clear idea of what the market interest might be and gives you the opportunity to ask more questions along the way.
